• Suitability

  1. The individual receiving the coaching (“the athlete”) will need to complete an Athlete Agreement before starting training with Pyllon

  2. The Athlete Agreement requires acknowledgement and acceptance that by taking on a coaching programme, they will ensure they are ready for it, their doctor is fine with them taking on a run training programme and that they will be responsible for their own health. This means the athlete must speak out if anything feels too demanding. It means being honest and realistic about ambitions and existing conditions / restrictions. Pyllon provides recommendations, not rules and the athlete is ultimately responsible for their own training.

  3. Athletes will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect our training plans and strategies

  Cancellations and Injury

  1. Coaching is for a fixed period of time. There is no obligation to make a longer term commitment than the coaching period.

  2. If an athlete is injured and unable to train through any part of the coaching period, the service can be paused for any full unpublished months, or a refund of £40 can be arranged for any full un-used / unpublished months if they no longer wish to continue.

  3. If the coaching is cancelled before the first training plan is published, a full refund will be arranged minus a £25 admin fee.

  4. The registered athlete would have 6-months from the purchase date to start their coaching period. If it doesn’t start within that period and the initial consultation has been complete the buyer would have to request a refund (support@pyllonultra.com). A refund would be provided within 28 days minus a £50 admin fee. If no consultation has taken place, the admin fee is £25.

  5. We reserve the right to terminate or amend the package at any point, provided we communicate with the athlete beforehand and refund the value of the remaining coaching period.

  Additional services

  1. If the athlete wishes to continue a coaching relationship with Pyllon beyond the end of the purchased package period, Pyllon will provide detailed options for the athlete to consider.

  2. If the athlete requires more contact or more input than stated in the package description Pyllon will provide details of optional upgrades
