2020 has been a tough one for sure. In March this year we all came together for a weekend of running, eating, learning and laughing. Together. Who knew then the havoc the pandemic would reap.
Things are getting better though and we are in desperate need of something positive to look forward to. So, for the 4th time we are looking to launch Pyllon Experience (PXP4).
This time we’ll return to Scotland in October 2021. This is your chance to join the team for a weekend of running and adventure. We’d really love to spend this time with you and for you to be part of another very special event.
We don’t want to ask you to pay the proposed full amount up-front at the moment. So we are just looking for a commitment to come to the event, whatever shape it may take. The deposit is £50. If we get to put on the weekend that we normally do then it will be £250 per person (including accommodation and food). Before the final balance is due we’ll announce what will hopefully be the final format. If at this point you’re not content with any changes you can request your deposit back. Once the final format is announced we will do everything we can stick to it. However, we need everyone to understand that if legislation or guidance is announced after the final balance is paid we will have no choice but to modify the event format.

IF WE HAVE TO REDUCE THE PROPOSED NUMBERS DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS YOUR POSITION ON THE LIST (DETERMINED BY THE ORDER TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE) WILL MATTER. WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL AND REFUND PLACES STARTING FROM THE LATEST PURCHASE TIME, TO GET TO THE RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES.

We could tell you more about all the things we’d like to do, but it feels a little too early to try to tie everything down. Needless to say, if you’ve been to one of our events before, then you know we’ll do our very best to make it as fun, informative and inclusive as possible. We’ll be on fresh trails in and around Tyndrum and you’ll get to meet some new people for sure.
