At Pyllon Coaching we believe that guiding athletes through a principle-led training journey will help them to achieve so much more in running, and in life.

Through well-structured training programs that follow a well-established methodology, Pyllon Coaching have supported hundreds of athletes to navigate their own personal journeys.

As well as having run some of the biggest, best and toughest races in the world - our coaching knowledge has taken inexperienced runners to exciting new places, longer race experiences and faster times - elite athletes to international vests and podium positions. Road to trail, track to mountain. Running is more than a passion to us.

We believe our specific experience, with athlete outcomes at our core, positions us to partner with runners taking on any distance goal - from achieving a 10K personal best, completing a marathon for the first time, to those looking to step up to run beyond 26.2 miles.

OPTION 1: PYLLON ULTRA COACHING

Our ULTRA Coaching option is designed for athletes looking for a bespoke, personal and in-depth coaching experience. Training is developed weekly with regular coach > athlete interactions. Training is structured around your schedule; it’s adapted to the stresses and changes of your everyday life - week by week.

When running has becomes a significant part of your life, this option will help you get the greatest return on every minute of training you do - physical, mental and emotional. We work this way with athletes looking to step up to ultra for the first time, those taking on new challenges and experienced racers who want to start challenging and winning beyond marathon distance. OPTION 2: PYLLON LITE COACHING

Our LITE Coaching option is for runners who need monthly coaching support and are in search of more training structure, access to expert training advice and insights. Training is tailored monthly and built on the foundations and methodologies of our ultra-athlete learnings.

It is designed specifically to focus on your desired outcomes, whether that’s to run further, run faster or run higher. This option is suitable for both new and experienced runners. OPTION 3: PYLLON TRAX COACHING

Our TRAX Coaching option is designed for athletes who are looking for a bespoke, personal and in-depth coaching experience to take their 5K - Marathon distance racing to a new level. Training is developed weekly with regular coach > athlete interactions. Training is structured around your schedule; it’s adapted to the stresses and changes of your everyday life - week by week.

Whether you love to race 10K’s, improve your Parkrun time or are aiming to PB in the marathon, this option will help you get the greatest return on every minute of training you do - physical, mental, and emotional. We work this way with athletes looking to take the next step in their development, as well as experienced racers who want to start challenging themselves more in any race, and on any surface - Road, Trail and XC.
